Can a menu-board photo become our QR menu right away?

Treat recognition from the photo as an editable draft, not as the published menu. A person should confirm every item name, price, option, and sold-out state before guests can see it.

Photograph one category at a time, square to the board, instead of capturing the whole menu in one shot. Retake glare, folded corners, and handwritten price changes so a single misread digit does not become a live price.

In the draft, resolve duplicates, currency, price units, and service windows first. Hide anything that appears on the board but is not actually available, and publish only what the kitchen can serve today.
